How do I raise a support ticket?
In the web workspace, open Help & Support, click New ticket, choose a topic, describe the issue, and submit. You can follow replies in the same place.
How do I open the Help Center?
From Help & Support in the web workspace, click Browse help articles. It opens the Help Center in a new tab, already signed in, on your tickets page.
