How do I check my equipment, warranty, and AMC contracts?
What you'll do: Open My assets to see your installed equipment, warranty, and service history. Open Billing → AMC contracts (website) to see your maintenance contracts. AMC renewals are handled by your agency.
Your equipment
- Go to My assets (website) or the Assets tab (app).
- On the website, search by serial number or location and click a unit for its detail: status, warranty information (start/end dates and days remaining), components, and preventive-maintenance schedule.
- Open an asset's service history to see a timeline of past visits — each links to the service request, and rows are badged FSR when a report exists.
On the app, tapping an asset goes straight to its service history (there's no separate asset-detail screen on mobile).
AMC contracts (website only)
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a maintenance agreement your agency provides. Open Billing → AMC contracts to see each contract's covered equipment, contract code, status, dates, and coverage type.
- A contract expiring within 30 days shows: "This contract expires in {n} days. Contact your agency to renew."
- An expired one shows: "This contract has expired. Contact your service agency to renew."
Renewing always happens through your agency — there's no renew button in the portal. Contact them to renew.
The mobile app doesn't have an AMC screen; it shows an AMC countdown on the Home screen only. Use the website for contract details.
If AMC isn't shown
If your agency doesn't run the maintenance-contract module, you'll see "AMC contract information is not available for this agency."
