Can I add or remove modules myself?
What you'll do: Not from inside the app. You choose your modules at signup. To change them afterwards, contact BusinessOps360 / your Kaara representative.
The detail
- At signup, you select which of the three modules (CRM Sales, Service ERP, Service Sales) you want.
- After signup, there's no self-service screen to add or drop a module. If you try to change modules on a paid workspace through the underlying system, it's refused with a message like "Module management is not available for tenants in '{state}' state."
Remember the pairing rule: Service Sales can't be used on its own — it needs CRM Sales or Service ERP alongside it.
