When does my subscription renew, and will I be reminded?
What you'll do: Your Billing page shows your renewal date, and you're emailed reminders 14 days and 3 days before it. To renew, you make another NEFT transfer — the same way you first subscribed.
Renewal reminders
Your Billing page states your renewal date and notes:
Your subscription renews on {date}. Renewal reminders will be sent 14 days and 3 days before the date.
You'll receive those two email reminders ahead of the date, including the bank details and reference code you need to pay. (These reminders now go to NEFT/bank-transfer subscribers as well.)
How to renew
Renewing is a fresh NEFT payment, not an automatic charge — nothing is auto-debited. Use the Renew / Change plan option on the Billing page, then follow the same NEFT steps: transfer the amount with the reference code, and tell us the UTR and date. See How do I subscribe and pay by NEFT?.
Good to know
- Because renewal is manual, pay a little ahead of the date so verification (up to one business day) completes before your current period ends.
