My trial expired and now every page says "not found" — what do I do?

Agency Staff

What you'll do: When a trial expires, the workspace is locked and its pages stop loading. You can't reactivate it yourself from inside the app — contact BusinessOps360 / your Kaara representative to subscribe and have the workspace reopened.

What's happening

After your 14-day trial ends, the workspace moves into an expired state. In practice this means the workspace address stops serving its pages, so you see "not found" errors rather than a read-only view.

What to do

Reactivating an expired workspace can't be done from within it. Reach out to BusinessOps360 support / your Kaara representative to subscribe (by NEFT bank transfer). Once your payment is verified and the workspace is reactivated, you'll be able to sign in and continue where you left off.

To avoid this, subscribe before the trial ends — see How do I subscribe and pay by NEFT?. It's also worth exporting a copy of your data before the trial ends — see How do I export my workspace data?.
