How do I open the Help Center?
What you'll do: From Help & Support in the web workspace, click Browse help articles. It opens the Help Center in a new tab, already signed in, on your tickets page.
Steps
- Open Help & Support from the navigation.
- Click Browse help articles. The Help Center opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically, landing on My tickets.
Good to know
- The sign-in handoff carries a one-time token, so you don't sign in again separately.
- If you open the Help Center directly (not from your workspace), you may need to start from Help & Support again to get signed in.
- To sign out of the Help Center, use the Sign out button. This ends your Help Center session on that device.
