Which modules can I choose, and how do they fit together?
What you'll do: BusinessOps360 has three modules — CRM Sales, Service ERP, and Service Sales. You pick them during signup. Service Sales can't be chosen on its own; it needs CRM Sales or Service ERP alongside it.
The three modules
- CRM Sales — the quote-to-invoice pipeline: quotes, sales orders, invoices, recording payments, delivery challans.
- Service ERP — the installed base and field service: assets, service requests, dispatching engineers, and Field Service Reports (FSRs).
- Service Sales — AMC contracts, preventive-maintenance plans, and service-sales quotes. (Note: Service Sales work is currently handled through the API and back-office processes; there's no dedicated Service Sales screen in the web workspace yet, and AMC contracts appear read-only to customers in the portal — see Is Service Sales available in the web app?.)
The one rule to know
Service Sales can't stand alone. When selecting modules, the Service Sales option is disabled unless you also keep CRM Sales or Service ERP. If you try to pick it by itself you'll see:
Service Sales cannot be subscribed alone. Please keep CRM Sales or Service ERP selected.
Choosing at signup
- On the Select the modules for your workspace step, all three modules are pre-selected. Keep the ones you need.
- Click Continue to Plan.
- Choose the Trial Plan (₹0, 14 days, no payment) and click Start Free Trial, or set up a paid plan by bank transfer (Pay via bank transfer →).
Changing modules later
Self-service module changes aren't available inside the app after signup — see Can I add or remove modules myself?.
