How do I subscribe and pay by NEFT?
What you'll do: On the Billing page click Subscribe via bank transfer, pick your modules and billing cycle, transfer the amount by NEFT using the reference code shown, then tell us the UTR and transfer date. We verify within one business day and activate your subscription.
Payment is by NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer — a standard Indian bank transfer). There's no card or online-checkout option; NEFT is the way to pay.
Steps
- On the Billing page, click Subscribe via bank transfer.
- Choose modules and billing cycle. Longer cycles are discounted — Monthly (no discount), Quarterly (−5%), Half-yearly (−10%), Yearly (−15%). The summary shows Subtotal, GST (18%), and Total. (Remember: Service Sales must be paired with CRM Sales or Service ERP.)
- Step 1 — Transfer the amount via NEFT. The page shows the bank account name, account number, IFSC, bank name, the amount to transfer (incl. GST), and a reference code in the form
{SLUG}-{CYCLE}-{MONYY}(for examplePULSETECH-YEARLY-JUN26). Make the NEFT transfer from your bank, using that reference. - Step 2 — Let us know after transferring. Enter:
- UTR / Transaction reference number — the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) your bank gives for the NEFT.
- Transfer date — the date you paid (not in the future).
- Your bank (optional).
Click I've transferred the amount — notify us →.
You'll see a confirmation that we verify payments within one business day and activate your subscription right after.
Common messages
- "A payment with UTR … is already pending verification or has been processed." — That UTR was already submitted. Each transfer's UTR is used once; you don't need to submit it again.
Good to know
- Transfer the exact amount shown. Our team matches it exactly before issuing your tax invoice — a mismatched amount can't be activated automatically.
- Once verified, your subscription activates and you receive a confirmation email plus a GST invoice — see What's on my subscription invoice?.
