How do I sign up for BusinessOps360?

Which modules can I choose, and how do they fit together?
BusinessOps360 has three modules — CRM Sales, Service ERP, and Service Sales. You pick them during signup. Service Sales can't be chosen on its own; it needs CRM Sales or Service ERP alongside it.
How do I sign in to my BusinessOps360 workspace?
Go to your workspace web address — yourslug.businessops360.com/login — and sign in with the email you used during onboarding and your password.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page, click Forgot password?, enter your account email, and we'll email you a link to set a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
I was given a temporary password — how do I set my own?
When your workspace admin resets your password, you sign in once with the temporary password and are immediately taken to a Choose a new password screen. Enter the temporary password, pick a new one, and you're in.
How do I change my password?
Open My profile from the avatar menu (top-right) and use the change-password section there. You'll stay signed in on this device; any other sessions are signed out.
How do I invite teammates to my workspace?
As a Tenant Admin, go to Users, click Invite User, enter their name, work email, and role, and send. They get an email with a link to set their password and join.
How do I reset a user's password? (Tenant Admin)
In Users, open the user's row menu and choose to reset their password. A temporary password is generated and shown to you — and also emailed to the user as a backup. They'll be required to set their own password at next sign-in.
How do I export my workspace data?
Open Data Export, tick the data types you want, choose CSV or Excel, set a date range for transactional data, and click Export. Available to Tenant Admin and Owner.
